Why Need a Pen Flashlight ?

I believe that most of people will carry at least one EDC light. So we really need one handy flashlight for everyday carry with functional and powerful. A pen size flashlight is ideal for carrying in a pocket, hand bag, backpacks and tool pouch. Especially for a lady, the little cute LED pen flashlight will be a very good Choice for EDC. You can put it in the hand bag and take it anywhere you want but without occupying your space. So what is best pen flashlight?

Now let’s review the IYP365 this mini pen size flashlight below:

Unboxing the flashlight, it is Standard LUMINTOP style pack as usual. Included 1 X IYP365 2X O-ring 2 X AAA battery inside the box.

OK, Now let’s take a close look on the IYP365 pen light. IYP365 led pen light is manufactured from high-strength aerospace aluminum alloy body with anti-scratching type HAIII military grade hard-anodized finish. The workmanship looks good at least the hand feels fine and smooth but a little slippery . The design is never out-of-date design.

The clip looks firm and durable and it is stainless Steel Clip. There is no problem to clipped to a your jean pocket. It is not removable clip untill you screw off the Tail part and you can take the clip off then.

There is metallic button on the tail. Looks really nice and high quality. Something like clicky switch~
Press the button to turn on and press slightly to switch modes, circle from mid-low–high. Some people will be worry about the it will be actived by accident in a bag with this kind Of switch. Actually, you can loose the head part if you don’t use it so it will avoid this completely.

We can see a dark OP reflector inside. The Glass is clean and the O-ring is “Glow in dark”. Standard LUMINTOP Style O ring.

XPG2 R5 LED V.S Nichia 219BT LED

What’s the difference ? It is UP to you. It is cool white and more bright for XPG2 but the color-rendering index is much better for natural white 219B LED. For me personally, I like Natural white better with good CRI. I don’t require too much lumens actually.
